Sleepy Time

What could be cuter than sleeping puppies? We shot this video of two 8-week old maltipoos (Shaggy and Scooby Doo) on our Jewel Tone nest bed a year ago, and we still go “awww…” every time we watch it. This video was shot right after half an hour of playing, whereby the boys were finally pooped out enough to flop into the bed together. It wasn’t long before they were bouncing all over the place again!

Speaking of cute sleepy puppies, I saw this video of a sleepy kitten and thought it was just a riot!
Hopefully, there’s a soft bed to land on when the kitten finally plops backwards!

Mmmmm…..Gourmet Donuts!

While donuts may be waning in popularity here in the US, it’s not the case in Indonesia and its neighboring countries. Cue the pun: Yes, donuts are selling like *hot cakes* over there. Last time I was back in Indonesia, I discovered J.Co Donuts, a chain of donut shops that specializes in gourmet donuts.

Some of the donut flavors are exotic such as the green tea donut (middle donut, second row from top), some are refined like the almond with white Belgium chocolate (right donut, top row), and some are even a little funky, like the donut covered with imported New Zealand cheese (left donut, top row). All delicious! My favorite was a chocolate glazed donut covered with what looked like chocolate rice krispies. Now that’s a breakfast I can look forward to every day!
